Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SolarWinds Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise monitoring environments, infrastructure operations, and cloud-integrated monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SolarWinds administration, Bash and Python scripting, ServiceNow Event Management integration, and hybrid cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant IT / infrastructure experience in enterprise monitoring environments
• SolarWinds: Strong hands-on expertise with SolarWinds platform administration
• Scripting: Experience scripting with Bash and Python
• Integration: Prior experience integrating SolarWinds with ServiceNow Event Management
• Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise monitoring infrastructure using SolarWinds
• Monitor system performance, alerts, availability, and infrastructure health
• Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python
• Integrate SolarWinds alerts with ServiceNow Event Management workflows
• Support cloud-based and containerized infrastructure environments
